This review is a continuation of an investigation of OIG's initial report that was issued on October 15, 2007, and addressed DOC's failure to monitor the provision of inmate dental services. This supplemental report details DOC's failure to assess liquidated damages for CMS's poor performance, the relationship between CMS and its dental subcontractor, and identifies a number of additional overpayments to CMS.
