Hawaii House Bill 2750

This bill, based on Progressive States Network's model corporate transparency legislation, was introduced in January 2010 and seeks to foster more comprehensive reporting of subsidy allocation, contract distribution, tax expenditures, and corporate taxation trends.  It is a companion bill to Hawaii Senate Bill 2868.
