This report is an advisory based on the review of contracts of 63 municipal golf courses in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. It was conducted to determine whether municipalities are operating golf courses using sound business practices and exercising adequate vendor oversight to ensure that municipalities receive a fair share of golf course revenue.
